Food & lifestyle review

This service is for those who want to experience a one-time health coaching service to review their food and lifestyle and make some healthy changes to their life. It includes a 1 1/2 hour session via Zoom to review a comprehensive intake form addressing many areas of your health. Following the session my recommendations will be sent via email. This service also includes a 15 minute follow-up phone call two weeks after the initial session. Here is what’s included:

3 Month Health Coaching Program

Are you feeling overwhelmed with your unhealthy lifestyle and ready to commit to making changes with a partner who’s been in your shoes? If you answered yes, then this one-on-one program is for you. What’s included:

  • Two 1-Hour customized personal coaching sessions via Zoom each month (Six sessions over three months)
  • Unlimited email support and accountability between sessions
  • I provide education, recommendations and support you in taking action to reach your health goals

Foundations of wellness: 8-week virtual small group coaching program

This program includes access to the following educational  modules:

Also included:

  • One 30-minute personal coaching session with me to set your goals prior to beginning the program

Four Weekly 1-Hour Zoom Sessions coaching you on making healthy changes comprised of the following:
